Vohra, to express their “deep concern” over the numerous hardships being faced by the common people because of excessive use of force against protestors and use of lethal weapons such as pellet guns in dealing with the protesters. They strongly condemned the ban which, they said, “is not only reprehensible but also against the norms of a democratic set up”.
